Returns and Replacements

We have an extensive return policy listed on our Policies page. We do accept returns of products which are damaged, discolored or tampered with in a suspicious manner. If you have received such a product, please contact us and we will provide return instructions and a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

If your PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Dispensary will issue a credit to your PayPal account in the amount of the purchase. Contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding a cancelled order.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions

We accept Visa and MasterCard charge cards as a form of payment. At this time, we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or COD service.

We honor our manufacturers and other practitioners by not ‘discounting’ our products. We sell at the suggested retail prices of each company so as to not undercut our colleagues, while providing you the best quality supplements on the market with the ease of at-home shopping. We will occasionally offer promotions on free shipping or bulk orders, those discounts will have a coupon code associated with them that you can use during checkout.
